About
Praised by The Guardian for their ‘virtuosic’ and ‘engrossing performances’, The Teyber Trio are now in high demand internationally. They formed over a decade ago, having met at the Junior Department of the Royal Academy of Music. They performed together as members of the Celan Quartet from 2011-2014, and shortly after returned to playing string trios - a medium which has always been particularly special for them. The trio have performed at Joroisten Musiikipäivät Festival (Finland), Bath Mozartfest, Brighton Festival, St Martin-in-the-Fields, Holywell Music Room, Champs Hill, Lewes Festival and in a series of broadcasted concerts on BBC Radio 3. Upcoming engagements include performances at Hindsgavl Festival in Denmark, Classiche Forme in Lecce, Baselbieter Konzerte in Switzerland and Wigmore Hall. They look forward to collaborating with Emmanuel Pahud in a performance of Mozart flute quartets.Long Biography
